• The Master of Science in Nursing Program (MSN) prepares students for leadership roles in nursing.
  • The goal of the MSN program is to educate nurses who can demonstrate knowledge and behaviors of advanced preparation.
  • Each graduate will demonstrate critical thinking and decision-making skills in evaluating the health and illness of selected populations. Graduates will formulate more comprehensive concepts and principles related to nursing education and patient care management.
  • The graduate program in nursing prepares students to continue study at the Doctorate level.
  • Students enrolled in the joint MSN/MBA program complete graduate-level core courses in nursing and business.
  • Graduates are awarded a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration. If students complete the MSN requirements prior to the MBA requirements they will be issued a letter indicating the completion of the MSN.
