The curriculum focuses on both fundamental knowledge and advanced topics. Fundamental courses include estimating, scheduling, contracting, and project management and advanced courses include risk analysis, decision making, computer applications in construction, sustainability and green construction, quality management, and Six-Sigma. Our graduates are prepared to work in the construction industry and in academia.
We offer the following program options:
Students residing in USA:
- For U.S. citizens and permanent residents, we offer a truly self-paced online program.
- For international students, we offer a face-to-face program.
Students NOT residing in USA:
- For students who will not reside in U.S. during their course of study, we offer an overseas program which is a fully online program.
The Construction Management Master's degree requires 31 semester hours. Prior to progressing to advanced skills courses, all applicants are required to take the fundamental courses (Estimating, Scheduling, and Contract Administration). Career-change students must consult with the CM Graduate Program Coordinator to develop a customized study plan. The program is designed for both working professionals and full-time students.
