Master of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering at Dartmouth College is a 9 months, non-thesis program.
It is an on-campus program offered on both a full-time and part-time basis.
Master of Engineering (MEng) degree program prepares students for a professional career in engineering by covering both basic science and its application to practical problem-solving.
The Biomedical Engineering Program Area supports education and discovery in fundamental applied science and engineering, as well as translational science, to address grand challenges in human health.
The program can be completed in three terms
Students enrolled in the design project elective courses must substitute the following three-course sequence for three of the four elective courses:
- Product Design and Development
- MEng Design Project Initiation
- MEng Design Project Completion

Academic Eligibility:

Applicants with an accredited bachelor's level degree in engineering or with bachelor's level degrees in scientific fields such as physics, chemistry, and computer sciences are encouraged to apply.
Students should have the background engineering knowledge and skills of applicants without an accredited bachelor's level engineering degree will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Students must be qualified in IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE to get admission to this program.
