We offer the bachelor of arts with majors in both accounting and business administration. Both programs blend a signature approach to the liberal arts with a comprehensive business core. That helps us develop well-rounded graduates who can approach complex issues from multiple angles?a real asset in the business world.

As a major in our department, you'll benefit from a curriculum that relies on experiential exercises and integrated projects to help you understand the core principles of business management. Our programs offer our students numerous opportunities to work together on projects, such as helping underprivileged members of the Greenville community prepare their taxes. But that's only the beginning. Upon acceptance into the business major, you'll enroll in our Business Core Block, a set of courses that are similar to what you'd find in an MBA program. These courses emphasize four functional areas: accounting, finance, marketing and operations. By gaining insight into each of these key areas of study, you'll be prepared for a meaningful and lucrative career. Best of all, you?ll take these upper-division courses with a small cohort of students. That means you'll have an opportunity to develop enduring relationships that will pay dividends in your professional career.
