The Department of French provides students admitted to its graduate programs with financial support in the form of a Graduate Teaching Associateship, a Graduate Research Associateship or a University Fellowship, all of which include a full tuition and fee waiver and a monthly stipend. Graduate Teaching Associates teach one introductory-level language course per semester and benefit from an extensive training and mentoring system.
