• Students will learn the Scientist-Practitioner Model, which prepares high-quality professionals specialized in I/O topics and with expertise in research methodology and quantitative approaches to organizational issues. Students will develop skills to solve critical problems in private and public sector organizations using empirical-evidenced knowledge.
