The Masters of Arts in Management prepares students to become authentic, transformational leaders capable of managing organizational change and effectiveness. Students will explore leadership and organizational management theories, concepts and practices necessary to become effective visionaries capable of developing strategic initiatives geared toward making an impact on organizations’ human capital, systems and processes.
Topics of study include ethics, organizational management, organizational behavior, human resource management, cross cultural management, and strategic planning. Successful completion of the program prepares graduates for strategic leadership and managerial positions and responsibilities.
Upon completion of this concentration, the student will be able to:
- Assess different military models through research in an effort to determine best practices for military operations.
- Evaluate the economics of defense operations using model analysis tools.
- Compare and contrast theories and concepts of military operational research.
