The Educational Leadership program offered by The University of Vermont?is a 33-36 credit program designed to prepare educational and human service professionals for leadership positions in educational, policy, and non-profit settings. The program is unique in that it caters to individuals that are engaged in educational service delivery within schools, colleges and other organizational settings (such as law enforcement, health, human service organizations).

The master?s degree program cultivates leaders who can make a positive difference in the lives of children, youth, adults, families and communities. The program seeks domestic and international students, and those that seek to work with diverse groups at all levels. The program is designed for experienced professional practitioners who wish to broaden and deepen their professional knowledge, as well as to expand the contributions they can make to their professional areas. The program also strives to improve practices through the generation of new knowledge and service to educational institutions, policy arenas, and human services and is committed to developing leaders for social justice and equity for all.
