Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must hold a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in the United States or a recognized international equivalent degree.
- An undergraduate GPA of at least 3.0 is required on a 4.0 scale.
- Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE scores.
Indian Student Eligibility:
- Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree from a recognized institution
- Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

- Resume which includes educational background and work experience.
- Official transcripts from each institution attended (must be submitted directly to UTRGV).
- Letter of intent detailing reasons for pursuing the graduate degree.
- Three letters of recommendation from professional or academic sources.
