Rangeland Ecology and Management major at SDSU:

• Accredited by the Society for Range Management (1 of only 12 accredited programs in the nation).
• Courses in animal science, botany, ecology, geographic information systems (GIS), natural resource management, plant science, range science, soil science, and wildlife and fisheries.
• Learn knowledge and skills for managing habitat, ecological systems, grazing by domestic and native ungulates, grassland restoration/reclamation, and watershed.
• Hands-on training in the field to augment classroom learning.
