- Neuroscience—the study of the nervous system—is one of the most exciting, rapidly advancing, and integrative fields in science today. Technological advances of the last 20 years have led to a dramatic rise in neuroscience research in biology, chemistry, psychology, computer science, physics—even economics. As an integrative neuroscience major at Fordham, students will study the intersection of these disciplines.
- The primary aim is to make students a highly competitive candidate for postgraduate study in neuroscience through the uniquely integrative program. Students will choose from three tracks focusing on a specific aspect of neuroscience—cell and molecular, cognitive, or systems and computational.
