• Master of Science in Building Construction and Facility Management is a 2 years program offered on a full-time basis.
  • It is accreditation by Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).
  • Recently it is accredited the facility management (FM) program within the Georgia Tech Master of Science in Building Construction and Facility Management (MSBCFM) degree.
  • This is a STEM-designated degree program so that international students can extend their Optional Practical Training (OPT) experience for up to three years. 
  • This program is available in both full-time and a part-time basis.
  • The department offer two concentrations:
    • Building Construction (with tracks in construction management and program management)
    • Facility Management.
