Master of Science in Building Construction and Facility Management is a 2 years program offered on a full-time basis.
It is accreditation by Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).
Recently it is accredited the facility management (FM) program within the Georgia Tech Master of Science in Building Construction and Facility Management (MSBCFM) degree.
This is a STEM-designated degree program so that international students can extend their Optional Practical Training (OPT) experience for up to three years.
This program is available in both full-time and a part-time basis.
The department offer two concentrations:
Building Construction (with tracks in construction management and program management)
Facility Management.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
Students must hold a bachelor's degree in one of the following fields from an accredited institution:
Construction
Civil Engineering
Architecture
Architectural Engineering
Landscape Architecture
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Facility Management
A bachelor's degree in another field with a minimum of two years experience in a related field is also acceptable.
