The successful graduate will gain theoretical and practical knowledge about human language learning, language in its socio-cultural settings and uses, the structure of English, and support for achievement of learner objectives.

The program is a 36-hour non-thesis program that includes a comprehensive exam and hands-on language teaching practice. Due to the course sequence, admission into the program will only occur prior to the start of the fall semesters.?
