8. For admission to a 1-year B.Lib.Sic course, the candidate must have a 10+2 certificate with minimum aggregate marks as required by the university.

1. The final selection to all UG courses except B.Ed are done on the basis of the merit list. The merit list is prepared by the university on the basis of marks scored by the candidate in the last qualifying examination (10+2).

The minimum required percentage is 55% (5% relaxation for reserved category students).
2. For admission to the M.Com, the candidate must possess a B.Com degree from a recognized board or university with a minimum 55% percentage in aggregate.
3. For admission to the M.Sc, the candidate must have a B.Sc degree from a recognized board or university with a minimum 55% percentage in aggregate.

Durg University PG Selection Process:

The final selection to various PG programmes is done on the basis of the entrance examination conducted by the university followed by the counseling. The university will release the final merit list on the basis of marks obtained by students in the entrance examination and interview round.

Durg University offers the Ph.D programme under different specializations. The eligibility criteria for admission to the Ph.D. programme is set by the university. The final admission is done on the basis of the entrance examination conducted by the university.

Durg University Ph.D. Eligibility Criteria:

For admission to the Ph.D programme offered by Durg University, the candidate must have a postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline with minimum 55% in aggregate. Candidates belonging to reserved category will be given a relaxation of 5%.

Durg University Ph.D. Selection Process:

The final selection to the Ph.D programme will be done on the basis of the entrance examination conducted by the university followed by the interview. Candidates who have cleared UGC NET/JRF will not have to give the university entrance examination. They will be directly called for the interview round. The final merit list will be released by the university on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance examination and the interview round.
