Academic Requirement:
- Candidate should have passed 10+2 with 45% marks from any recognized board. However PCB & English with pass marks is preferable.
- Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by the Central Government.

Some of my friends studied at Subharti University, Dehradun. According to them, it is a decent University for MBBS. Its overall educational performance is average, so it might not be on any student’s top list of colleges. It is recommended that if you are not able to get selected in any of your desired colleges, then only go for it, otherwise look for different options.

One of my friends says that MBBS is a much larger abbreviation than any university or college. Many doctors who graduated from Russian or Ukrainian medical schools are still held in the same regard as those from AFMC or similar institutions.
So, if you are passionate about studying MBBS, definitely go for it. Or else there are several other options to explore.
