  • The candidates who belong to Scheduled Caste (ST) category and have completed 10+2 from Odisha Board or any other recognized board are eligible to apply.
  • For being eligible to B.Sc, they should have opted Science stream in 10+2 and for B.Com, they should have taken Economics/Mathematics/Statistics as one of the subjects in 10+2.
  • They must have obtained at least 35% aggregate marks or C+ grade.
  • The selection of candidates is done based on the marks scored in 10+2 examinations.
  • There is no entrance test for the students for admission to UG courses and seats are allotted according to the first come –first serve basis.

The ST candidates should have passed B.A. Honours, B.Sc, or Bachelors degree in Economics, Commerce or Geography for getting admission to M.A., M.Sc and M.Com respectively with at least 45% marks.

  • The candidates are selected based on the marks scored by them in the entrance test conducted by the University.
  • The question paper comprises 100 marks objective type questions based on the following pattern: 50% Subject related, 10% Tribal Studies related, 20% General English and 20% General Knowledge.
