WBUTTEPA offers a centralized online admission to B.Ed, M.Ed, M.Phil, and Ph.D. program.
For B.Ed., candidates must have passed the Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks.
Minimum eligibility for M.Ed. is candidate must have passed B.Ed. / B.El.Ed. / D.El.Ed. with a UG degree/ B.A. B.Ed. / B.Sc. B.Ed. with at least 50% marks.
Admission to B.Ed. is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.

WBUTTEPA B.Ed. Admission 2023

WBUTTEPA offers a B.Ed program in various subjects for a duration of a maximum of three years. Minimum eligibility for B.Ed. program is a candidate must pass in a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with minimum 50% marks or BE/ B.Tech degree with Science or Mathematics with a minimum of 55% marks with ME/M.Tech degree. The selection of the candidates can be done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.

WBUTTEPA M.Ed. Admission 2023

WBUTTEPA offers M.Ed. program for a duration of two years. Minimum eligibility for M.Ed. program is candidate must have passed B.Ed. / B.El.Ed. / D.El.Ed. with a UG degree/ B.A. B.Ed. / B.Sc. B.Ed. with at least 50% marks. Selection is done on the basis of the admission test conducted by the university.

WBUTTEPA M.Phil & Ph.D. Admission 2023

The university offers Ph.D. and M.Phil program in Teacher Education with an intake of 15 candidates in each program. Minimum eligibility for both the research-level program is candidate must have passed MA in Education or M.Ed. with an aggregate of 55% marks is compulsory and any of the following: B.Ed. with 55% marks in aggregate and Honours degree in any subject Or four-year integrated Teachers Education Program (BA, B.Ed./ B.Sc. B.Ed.) with 55% marks or equivalent.

For Ph.D., NET/SET (West Bengal) score is mandatory for admission. Selection to both the program is done on the basis of the academic score (maximum 10 marks for MA (Education) and maximum 10 marks for B.Ed.) and interview score (Maximum 10 marks).

Key Points:
