The full-time 2-year MBA is the flagship course of NMIMS Hyderabad. Selection to MBA is done based on NMAT conducted by GMAC followed by Case Discussion (CD) and Personal Interview (PI). For 2023 MBA admission, NMIMS will only consider first round score while shortlisting for CD-PI round. Candidates who will qualify the NMAT exam on reapplication basis will not be eligible for part 2 selection criteria. For admission into Executive PGDM, the institute invites students for PI based on their past performance and work experience.
NMIMS Hyderabad gives preference to candidates with 3+ industry experience. As per the selection trends, 47% of candidates selected had a working experience of 5-10 years, and 30% of candidates were selected with 10+ years of experience in various sectors such as Auto, Infrastructure, Media, IT, BFSI, Consulting, Public Sector, Pharma, etc.
