Aspirants seeking admission to the Program should meet the following criteria as.

Academic Requirement

• Pass in Master’s Degree in the relevant/allied subject with 55% marks or equivalent Grade at the Post Graduate level as prescribed by the UGC norms. 
• M. Phil with 55% marks or equivalent Grade as prescribed by the UGC norms.
• A relaxation of 5% of marks from 55% to 50% or an equivalent relaxation of grades shall be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC (Non- Creamy Layer) and or any other categories as per candidates as per the policy of the UGC/HPPERC from time to time.

Entrance Exam:

UGC-NET (including JRF)/ UGC-CSIR/SLET/GATE/GPAT
