The university is a detailed and well-planned output of a registered non-profitable educational trust named as Jagan Nath Gupta Educational Society. The university has been approved by UGC, AIU, COA, BCI, and NCTE.

For B.Tech the selection is made through JEE Main exam.
For B.Arch, the selection is made through NATA exam.
