Vishwavidyalaya offers graduate courses in the field of Pharmacy and Technology. It invites applications for these courses in the month of July. Application forms can either be obtained by paying INR 300 cash or by demand draft of INR 350 in favour of Registrar, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, payable at Haridwar. The candidate has to submit the printed copy of the application form to The Dean, (name of the faculty) Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya.
Admission to these courses is strictly based on the entrance exam conducted by the University. Eligibility requirements are mentioned in the table below.

A candidate must have passed the Diploma in Engineering in the relevant branch with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) in aggregate. OR A candidate must have passed the Degree in Science (B.Sc.) with Mathematics as a subject and with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST and GKV graduates) in aggregate. |

In order to take admission in B.Tech Lateral entry, students can download the application form from the official website of the University. Duly filled application form along with the application fee of INR 1000 in the form of Demand Draft to "Registrar, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar," payable at Haridwar must be sent to the University address.

At under Graduate level, University also offers BBA, B.A and B.Sc programs in various disciplines for male candidates at main campus (Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya) and for female candidates it offers BBA and B.A programs at Kanya Gurukul. Applications for the under graduate programs are invited in the month of July every year. Eligibility criteria for the courses are described in the table below.

Note 1: Out of NCC 'B' and 'C' certificates only one benefit shall be given. Benefit of games & sports/scouts will be given on production of the certificate signed by the competent authority of the appropriate level of competition.
