The course curriculum is good but not that much practical as it should be.it is more subjective or theory based but practical approach is much preferable than the theoretical. And yes here we have classes from 8 to 3 which is not good this is for too long

the course is outdated in my college because the language required for DSA is java or C++ but my college teach DSA in c language that is not rellavent in any case.the college have to focus on right skills that help us to getting a job.

Course Curriculum Overview:
Curriculum is revised as I said every year so you don't need to bother about relevance of course to the current standard as you are going to get best in academics . For real world practical subject is included in the course or even in placement seasons you get guest faculties for preparation which is a plus point . Talking about frequency so I think in one semester you go through 4 exams and gap is around 1 month in each evaluation. So you are going to feel like you are writing exams every month .
Placement Experience:
Talking about placements so average package is 3 lpa - 4 lpa . Many companies from jaipur ,jodhpur ,udaipur ,Gujrat and from south side visits for hiring. If you have skills then you will definitely get something. A common placement cell works for all the poornima institutions whether it's poornima university or poornima college of engineering. You also get internship and ppo opportunities but turning internship into PPO depends on your work. After degree you can go for higher education or you can also go outside of India for studies because poornima also promotes foreign exchange programme.
