The selection for the M.A. in Economics will be based on the performance in the Entrance Examination. The Entrance Examination for M.A. in Economics will consist of 100 multiple choice objective questions carrying one mark for each question. The Entrance Examination will be based on the Graduation standard
Candidate must be Graduate with Economics Honours/Major having minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University /Institution or a Graduate in Commerce/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Engineering or any other Social Science subjects with 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University/Institution. (5% relaxation will be given to SC/ST/PWD candidates).
