Candidates have to follow the different mode of application as instructed for a respective course. The application forms are accepted in both online and offline modes depending upon the program. Payment of the fee shall be done through DD or bank challan. Candidates are instructed to read the instruction carefully before filling the application form.
MBBS (MGM-UG-CET):
How to Apply
- Visit the website of the university and apply online for MGM UG CET.
- Click on the link given for Online Application form.
- Fill the form, upload scanned copy of documents and click on submit.
- After submission, bank challan will be displayed in two parts.
- Unique Application number along with other details will be displayed in the challan which will also be emailed to the candidate.
- Pay the application fee through Bank Challan.
- Login and take print out of the form.
- Candidate can also download the application form from official website.
- Submit the copy of the form along with bank challan on or before the stipulated date.
Application Fees:
Pay the application fee of INR 4500 through the bank challan payable at any branch of State Bank of India or DD favoring “MGM Institute of Health Science” payable at Mumbai.

Pay the application fee of INR 2000 through the Demand Draft favoring “MGM Institute of Health Science” payable at Mumbai.

How to Apply
- Collect the form either in person from the university.
- Candidate can also visit the website of the college to download the application form.
- Fill in the application form with valid details.
- Upload the mandatory documents to complete the form.
- Pay the application fee and submit the application form.
Application fee
Pay the application fee either in cash if collecting the form in person or make the payment through DD favoring “MGM Institute of Health Science” in case of downloaded form. The application fee of B.Sc. program is INR 500 and for M.Sc. is INR 1000.

- Take out its hard copy and fill in the application form.
- Submit the form in person or sent through post to Office of the Registrar, ‘MGM Institute of Health Sciences’, Navi Mumbai, in an envelope superscripted ‘Ph.D. Application 2020’with required documents.
