One of my closest friends did her B.E. from ITM Gwalior, so I think I can give you some insights about ITM Gwalior. Here are some details about the course at ITM:

• Crowd- ITM Gwaliorhas a much-diversifiedculture. People from Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Zambia, China, Nepal, Kenya, Nigeria, etc. can be seen all around the campus. Apart from international students, there are students from Indian states as well.
• Infrastructure- ITM University has excellent infrastructure. They have very good labs, sports facilities, Canteen, Library, etc. All the labs and classrooms in the University are Air Conditioned.
• Sports And Cultural Activities- ITM has all the sports facilities available on the campus. A cricket ground, basketball court, football field, and many more. Students of the college organize many technical and non-technical events throughout the year like quiz competitions, treasure hunts, coding contests, etc.
• Hostel and Mess- ITM University has separate hostels for boys and girls within the campus with all types of rooms are available: single, double, triple accommodation with attached bathrooms. AC facilities are also available. Food in the mess is very hygienic. 
• Attendance- The attendance criteria in ITM University Gwalior is very strict. Students have to maintain at least 75% attendance. Students who fail to maintain this are not allowed to sit in the examinations.
• Internet Facilities- The University provides internet access to all the students staying in the hostel at an average speed of 8 Mbps.

If you want helpful and friendly teachers, good facilities and infrastructure, decent placements, personality development then this is the place for you. You will find ITM University among the top institutes in the coming years.

I have a lot of friends studying CSE at ITM Gwalior. I can tell their views about academic culture/exposure and placement status. Before going into that here are some details about CSE at ITM Gwalior:

Faculty and Curriculum

• The faculty at ITM is very poor as they lack specialization and qualification. Almost all the faculty at ITM Gwalior is B.E. only. 
• This directly affects the curriculum of the course which is not so great either. However, teachers are very supportive.

Infrastructure

• They have well-equipped laboratories and other infrastructural benefits. 
• A lab dedicated to coding and programming is built for students to take additional courses which the school conducts on a regular basis. These courses give an edge to you over other students in Placement interviews. 
• The recently established Center of Excellence will give extra benefits, as the students are selected to work on Live Company Projects through its collaboration with numerous MNC’s.

Placement

• With more than 62,226 placement opportunities, 372 major industries, and MNC corporate recruiters, ITM has a very special place among other ivy-league colleges of our country. 
• ITM conducts Expert Lectures, diverse seminars, International conferences every semester. This year 4 students were offered a package of 10 Lakhs by BYJUS.

Placements are the only good thing at ITM. So if you want to get a decent placement then only go for ITM.

Yes, CSE is good at ITM Gwalior according to students and potential candidates are really good. But like any other educational institution, they also have certain things contributing to their good and bad qualities. 

PROS

• Senior batches contribute to making required changes in the syllabus every year. Hence, the course material keeps on upgrading.
• Teachers work hard and are contributing to the growth of the students as well as the department. They are also cordial.
• The university provides good infrastructural resources for the seamless learning of the students.
• Some students even work towards keeping the college environment warm and positive.

CONS

• Most of the teachers do not focus on learning new things but only teaching the course material.
• Since the course material is upgrading, many of the important technologies are not discussed.

Some important points:

Computer Science and Engineering is the best branch among all. The University brings some of the top MNCs for campus recruitment. Having said that, it depends upon personal choice. Some of you might like the Computer Science and Engineering course at ITM University, Gwalior and some of you might not. 

But, it is highly recommended to go for ITM Gwalior if you could not score enough marks for IITs, NITs, and other reputed colleges. You will not regret joining ITM Gwalior.

ITM University is one of the emerging top private universities in the country. You might think that this is answer biased but personally I have no associations with any of these universities.

ITM University has grown tremendously in the last 6 years. The guests that the University invites in the convocation ceremony are no ordinary people but an alumnus at the university and you will be surprised to see the names. Here are a few names of the alumni:

Now, let us look at the comparison between the VIT University, Vellore CSE, and ITM University, Gwalior CSE.

• VIT is much older than ITM and thus, VIT outshines in case of reputation and facilities. The intake for CSE at VIT Vellore is 1200 but at ITM Gwalior, it is just 120.
• The infrastructure at VIT Vellore is much better than the infrastructure at ITM Gwalior. In fact, the infrastructure of VIT Vellore is one of the finest among all the colleges in the country.
• The fee at VIT Vellore is approximately 15 lakhs (hostel fee included) if you get selected through VITEEE (the entrance exam conducted by VIT). But if you go through the management quota or category system, you will have to pay a hefty amount of Rs. 30 lakhs, approximately. The fee at ITM Gwalior is Rs. 9 lakhs for 4 years (hostel fee included).
• Faculties are good at both institutions. There are faculties for M.tech and Ph.D. in both institutions.

Do not join VIT Vellore through management quota paying such a large amount, join only if you make it via entrance exam because it will not be beneficial.

ITM Gwalior provides you with good opportunities at a much lesser fee.

You are asking this question because you consider it as an option. This might sound a little impolite but is true. 

It would be good if you look for some other options because you would definitely regret it later on. Moreover, you get this opportunity only once so choose wisely as there will be no room for rectification.

Talking about architecture in ITM Gwalior, there are more cons than pros.

1. The fee is way too high. The fee for 1st year is Rs. 1,50,000 for the year 2021-22. 
2. The facilities are not good.
3. The projects and internals are below average.
4. The management is not up to the mark.
5. The University does not provide any exposure to its students.

It is advisable not to fall for the advertisements and pamphlets and brochures that the University provides because they are designed in a way to attract students.

It is you who has to make the final call. Hope that you opt for a better college.
