Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education (SSAHE) is a Deemed to be University in Karnataka State, India. Named after Sri Siddhartha (Gautama Buddha), the university is located in Agalakote, Tumkur.

Sri Siddhartha Medical College and Sri Siddhartha Institute of Technology are the two colleges affiliated under Sri Siddhartha University.

The university offers various courses in the field of Engineering and Medical at undergraduate, postgraduate and research level. Eligible candidates need to appear in SSAHE-AIUGET for UG courses and SSAHE-AIPGET for PG courses. Students are also required to appear in GATE and NEET wherever necessary.

Sri Siddhartha University MBBS and BDS Admission 2023

Sri Siddhartha University offers MBBS and BDS degree to aspiring candidates who want to pursue their career in the field of Medical Science. The duration for MBBS is 4.5 years and for BDS is 4 years. The degree also includes internship programme of one year.

Apart from medical courses at undergraduate level, the university also offers Bachelor of Engineering (BE) under nine specializations to the students who want to take up engineering as their career. The duration period is four years for each of the courses and the total intake capacity is 650 seats.

Sri Siddhartha University M.Tech and MCA Admission 2023

At postgraduate level, the university offers Master of Technology (M.Tech) and Master of Computer Applications (MCA) for a duration period of two years and three years respectively. The total seats available for M.Tech is 126 and for MCA is 60.

Sri Siddhartha University Ph.D. and M.Sc (By Research) Admission 2023

At research level, the university offers Ph.D in various specializations such as Engineering Faculty, General Science, Medical and Dental. Apart from this, SSAHE also offers Master of Science in Engineering Faculty.

To get admission in both Ph.D and MSc, eligible candidates need to appear in technical aptitude test conducted by the university followed by a personal interview.

Ph.D.	Engineering Faculty	a) The candidates shall possess a Master’s Degree in Engineering/Technology of SSU or any other University, recognized by SSU or any other Degree which is equivalent to the Master’s Degree in Engineering/Technology. However, a candidate possessing Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering subject and working in National Laboratories, R&D Laboratories attached to Industries or such other Research Institutions or Industries can directly seek registration for Ph.D. programmes if he / she has published a work of outstanding merit or a work recognized for Patent rights. b) Candidates with Master of Computer Applications Degree are eligible for registration under Computer Science Board.
	General Science	Faculty Candidates with M.Sc. Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and such other allied subjects shall also be eligible for registration, provided their degrees are from recognized Universities and they are either working in Colleges affiliated to SSU or they are desirous of working under the guidance of recognized faculty of colleges affiliated to SSU.
	Medical	a) Candidates with MD/MS, MRCP/FRCS (granted in UK on or before 11.11.1975 as per MCI Act 1956, second schedule) or equivalent Master’s degree awarded by a College/University recognized by MCI are eligible to register for Ph.D course in their subject of specialization. b) In case of clinical subjects only candidates possessing M.D., M.S., D.M., M.Ch or any equivalent P.G. degree after M.B.B.S. recognized by SSAHE are eligible. c) In case of Pre-Clinical and Para-Clinical subjects, in addition to candidates who have done M.D. or M.S. after MBBS degree, non-medical candidates with M.Sc., in Anatomy / Physiology / Biochemistry/ microbiology/ Pharmacology under Medical faculty as recognized by MCI are also eligible.
	Dental	Candidates with MDS degree awarded by this Academy or by a recognized College/University recognized by DCI or a PG Dental degree considered as equivalent by SSAHE are eligible for enrollment for Ph.D course in Dentistry of this Academy.
