Mangalore University offers full-time M.Com programs for a duration of 2 years which is divided in to 4 semesters. The M.Com program is offered in General, Human Resource Development and Insurance and Bank Management.
A bachelor’s degree in the relevant stream with at least 45% marks is the minimum requirement to be eligible for M.Com. admission.
Admissions are granted on the basis of merit in the entrance exam and marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
The candidate has to fulfil the following criteria in order to be eligible for the M.Com courses at Mangalore University:

The Master of Commerce course at Mangalore University is two years long and is divided into four semesters. The course has a total of 22 papers and a candidate needs 86 credits to pass the course. Semester 3 and 4 have four core subjects each along with four elective streams to choose from.

₹ 65,600Mangalore University offers good facilities and infrastructure for learning. It has one of the best libraries in Karnataka. It has a vast collection of books and magazines. Students are also given access to an e-library.
MU syllabus is outdated. The guest faculties aren’t good. Some of them lack basic knowledge of the subject. The permanent faculty base is better in comparison.
Although Mangalore University offers decent resources and facilities, in terms of academics it’s not a good option.
