AP Goyal Shimla University in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh was established in 2002. AP Goyal Shimla University offers Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in various fields of Engineering, Management, Arts, Journalism and Mass Communication, Hotel Management and Hospitality and Law.

For UG and PG courses application forms are filled through both offline and online mode.

AP Goyal Shimla University offers B.Sc Fashion Design, Bachelor of Hotel Management, BBA, and B.Com, BA in English and Journalism and Mass Communication, integrated BA-LLB, B.Pharma at undergraduate level. Minimum eligibility for all UG courses is that candidate should have passed 10+2 from a recognized institute. Selection of eligible candidates is on the basis of their performance in the qualifying exam.

AP Goyal Shimla University offers M.Tech in four discipline and MBA course at postgraduate level. For Admission to MBA course, the minimum eligibility is graduation in any discipline. Applicants of M.Tech programs must have passed B.Tech in the relevant discipline.

Candidates seeking admission in M.Tech courses must have valid GATE score card. Candidate applying for MBA should have cleared any of CAT/ CMAT/ MAT/ XAT or University exam. Selection to MBA is also based on merit i.e. marks secured in graduation by candidate, GD and interview.

AP Goyal Shimla University Application Process 2023

Candidates seeking admission in any UG and PG course can fill application form either online or offline. Candidates can follow below-mentioned steps to fill the application form.

Online:

Visit the official website of the university.
On the Home page click on the link “Apply for 2023 Admission”.
Fill the enquiry cum registration form.
After filling the enquiry form candidate will get a verification link in the e-mail ID submitted.
Click on the link and a window will open for filling the application form.
Fill the Application form and upload the required documents like mark sheets, photograph, signature etc.
Make payment of INR 2100 as application fee.
At last register for the course and make payment of INR 10,000 as part of course fee (adjusted later).

Offline

Go to website and at the end of Home Page, Link of Application form 2023 is given.
Click on “Application form 2023”.
Fill the application form using blue/ black ball point pen.
Prepare a Demand Draft of INR 1,000 as application fee. DD to be made in a favor of A P Goyal Shimla University.
Attach below mentioned documents with application form and send it so as to reach the University on or before July 31, 2023.

All India Entrance Cum Scholarship Test (AIECST) 2023

All India Entrance Cum Scholarship Test 2023 is a national level entrance exam conducted by APG Shimla University, Asia’s fastest-growing university to assess the eligibility of candidates to its various UG, PG and Diploma. APG Shimla University also uses the AIECST score to provide scholarships to meritorious and deserving candidates from across the country under various categories. The idea of AIECST in India is to provide the best education to talented students by funding their higher education. The AIECST, 2023 will be conducted all across India and the examination will be conducted in Online mode (Computer/ Mobile Based Test). All those students whose families have financial problems and aren't able to afford such a big amount for higher education can take up the All India Entrance Cum Scholarship Examination 2023.
