Course Description
Raksha Shakti University, India's first institute of Internal Security, was established by the Government of Gujarat in 2009 through the Raksha Shakti University Act, 2009. Raksha Shakti University, Ahmedabad, offers Doctor of Philosophy degrees in a total of 5 specializations under its PhD program.
- The program is specialized in 5 subjects, namely, Forensic Science, Criminology, Cyber Security Systems and Networks, Physical Education, Information Technology.
- The minimum requirement to apply for a PhD at Raksha Shakti University is a Master’s degree in a relevant subject.
- However, an entrance examination is conducted along with an interview for the selection process.
- Likewise, opting for a Ph.D. degree will be made of UGC-JRF/NET, CSIR-JRF, CSIR-NET, SET / SELT, GATE, or MPhil degree. An entrance test will be taken for those who have not given any of the above-mentioned degrees. After being selected in the entrance examination, all the candidates have to pass the interview for admission in Ph.D. Program.
