In M.Tech course, a candidate will be admitted on the basis of his performance in PGCET/GATE( whichever is applicable).
Admissions in M.Pharma are done on the basis of GPAT (Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test).
For MPT admissions are done on the basis of merit list prepared on the basis of performance of candidates in qualifying examination.
To be eligible for the M.Tech course a candidate shall have passed B.E./B.tech. Or equivalent examination with minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST/SEBC candidates) marks.
Graduates in Pharmacy or final year students of (10+2 lateral Entry) course whose results will be out before admission are eligible for GPAT.
For MPT admissions candidate should be a graduate in BPT.
For application process in M.Tech. Before applying online, the candidate shall have to procure PIN Cover by paying Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable) per discipline in cash only from the designated branches of Dena Bank.
After online registration, it is mandatory for all candidates to submit a printout of the registration form and self-attested photocopies of the required documents at nearby Help Centre and get Acknowledgement slip cum Hall Ticket for PGCET. All the candidate shall have to bring this Acknowledgement slip Cum Hall Ticket for PGCET at the time of test else he shall not be allowed to appear in the test.
Both GATE qualified candidates and Non GATE candidates shall have to register online. However, GATE qualified candidates have not to appear in PGCET .After admitting GATE qualified candidates having valid GATE qualifying score, the vacant seats, if any will be filled as per merit secured in PGCET.
For M.Pharma applicants they have to register for GPAT by accessing official website .Registration fees for a General male candidate are 1400/- and for females and SC/ST is 700/- is to be paid through SBI Challan/ Debit Card/Credit Card/ Net Banking.
For MPT admissions application form is available on website www.charusat.ac.in or it can also be Collected from Administrative Office, Ashok & Rita Patel Institute of Physiotherapy (ARIP), CHARUSAT Campus, Changa, Anand from 29th March.
