Course Details

Dibrugarh University Dibrugarh University MCA Admissions 2023 is open now. Admission to the program will be based on MCA Common Admission Test (MCAT) scores. The MCAT 2023 will be conducted on July 22. The Last Date to Apply is July 16. Dibrugarh University offers a full-time Masters of Computer Applications (MCA) degree of three-year duration. A higher secondary pass with a Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks is the minimum requirement to be eligible for Dibrugarh University MCA admission. Students are selected based on the merit in the entrance exam MCAT conducted by the college.

Dibrugarh University MCA Eligibility Criteria

Students seeking admission must qualify in the following.

Candidates must have a Graduate from any recognized University with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.
And these students with Graduation must have studied and passed in Mathematics as one of the subjects in 10+2.
A relaxation of 5% is provided to the students of reserved categories.

Dibrugarh University MCA Admission

An entrance exam is conducted by the college. Further, the students are selected based on the performance and merit in the Entrance Test.

Visit the official Admission portal of Dibrugarh University.
Register by clicking on the “Register Button” provided on the Portal.
Provide your Mobile No. and set a password while registering. Your provided mobile no. will be verified through an OTP.
Login using the set Password.
Click on the “Apply” button Corresponding to the link of the desired program. The application form will open
Fill out the Application form carefully by providing all the necessary details.
Click on “Submit and Review”. Preview all the details carefully, if something is wrong, candidates are advised to correct it at this stage.
Click on “Pay Now and Submit the Application”, if you have carefully reviewed all the details.
An application fee of INR 750/- needs to be paid online through a Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking.
On successful payment of the Application fee, the Application form will be finally considered as Submitted.
Click on the “Download” button and download the Submitted Application form. Also, take the printout for future use.

The pattern of MCAT:

The question paper consists of multiple-choice questions without any negative marks in the medium of English. The exam lasts for two hours.

During the first year, the students of all branches will have a common classroom for all subjects. It is from the 3rd semester that you will be well acquainted with respective branches. The teachers are very dedicated and cooperative and the classes are held regularly. Alongside academics, you would be left with enough time to excel through various extra-curricular activities. The annual tech fest “Auxesis” is held every odd semester and the University Week is held every even semester. The workload becomes exhausting during these semesters. The campus is serene and splendid. The greenery everywhere brings out the best of the serene beauty and creates an enthusiastic environment for studying. Overall, your college time here would be terrific. Everyone has their own individual perspective and opinions thus; your experience might be very much different and better too.
