Remarks:

Why I chose Anurag University: I chose Anurag University over other colleges I applied to because of its strong industry connections, modern infrastructure, and faculty expertise. During my research, I found that Anurag University has a reputation for providing students with hands-on experience and exposure to real-world problems through its collaborations with industry partners. Additionally, the university's location in Hyderabad, a hub for IT and pharma industries, provided me with access to numerous job opportunities and internships. Comparison with other colleges: I applied to three other colleges: VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology, Malla Reddy College of Engineering and Technology, and CVR College of Engineering. Here's a comparison of Anurag University with these colleges on different parameters: Parameter Anurag University VNR Vignana Jyothi Malla Reddy College CVR College of Engineering Industry connections Strong connections with top companie

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year itself students will become eligible for placements. The amazing thing I like about this college is that they provide placement training weekly once which is very helpful to crack placement. They provide interview questions and explained the topics which are asked in top company interviews. As of my knowledge, the highest package was 36 LPA for an ECE student and she got placed in Amazon but it was off-campus. The companies that visited our college were Cisco, cognizant, tcs, emphasis, capgemini, etc. But I don't have an Idea about core companies. The average package you can get is 6LPA as per last year's placement drive. Almost more than 40% will be placed in software companies but the number may be low for core companies. My plans after my degree are that I want to pursue a master's in core subjects since I belong to a core branch what you have studied in btech is not at all enough to get a job in big core giants.

Remarks:

For eligibility to college, you should have to score 75% in your 12th. You can join through eamcet, jee, and ANURAG CET. If you are not able to join through them you can also directly take admission which is a bit costly. As I have completed my 12th from a government institute I got full fee reimbursement that is I have to pay only 10,000 per year as college fees in the first year and 8,000 per year in the rest of 3 years. If you belong to the SC/ST category you can get full fee reimbursement and if you belong to the BC category you will get a scholarship of 35,000 and the remaining 1,00,000 you have to pay on your own.
