This course will introduce students to advanced concepts and techniques in the field of human resource management.
Our research-led teaching gives students access to the latest thinking in business leadership, employment relations, organizational growth and sustainability, and the societal impacts of emerging employment practices.
Students will consider global and local perspectives, with a particular focus on how organizations can manage their employee resources to gain a competitive advantage.
Students will gain internationally-relevant skills that create career opportunities in consultancy, recruitment, training, and other HR roles which facilitate global business.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
A good bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
A score of 60% is considered comparable to a UK 2:1 (Second Class Upper Division). We take into account universities that mark more rigorously, the eg University of Delhi, where they usually accept 55% or higher.
Applicants must also submit their research proposal at the time of application if it requires a thesis to complete the degree.
