The foundation route is designed for students who do not meet the admissions criteria for the BSc (Hons) Pharmaceutical Science degree. Students will start by completing a foundation year, which provides well-structured support, allowing them to develop their scientific skills and knowledge.
The content of our pharmaceutical science course has a strong grounding in the chemical and biological sciences, complemented by industry-specific topics such as pharmaceutical regulation and quality assurance.
Students will develop an in-depth knowledge of topics relevant to the field of pharmaceuticals, their design, development, quality control, and manufacture. To enhance their career potential, there is an emphasis on practical experience of techniques used in the pharmaceutical industry.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Students should have completed a 10+2 education from a recognized Institute.
Students should need to have the qualifications which meet the entrance requirements for the course they wish to study.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Students should have completed a 10+2 education from a recognized Indian broad with minimum marks.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.

VISA & Work Study

Visa nationals and non-visa nationals whose program of study lasts for more than six months must not attempt to travel to the UK without a valid student visa.
Student can apply for a student visa to study in the UK if he/she is 16 or over.
The student should have been offered a place on a course by a licensed student sponsor and should have enough money to support him/her and pay for his/her course - the amount will vary depending on the student’s circumstances.
