• This course develops broad business skills while also offering a specialist pathway in human resource management (HRM) that starts after the first semester.
  • Specialist modules cover principles and approaches in HRM as well as organisational behaviour and practice. Students will gain a clear understanding of how HRM can add value to individual and organisational objectives.
  • The course culminates in either a master’s dissertation or, if students prefer, a consultancy project where they’ll tackle an issue faced by a real client. Throughout the course there’s a focus on self-development and employability.
  • There is no requirement to have studied business or HRM at undergraduate level.
