• The compulsory modules studied will:
    • give students an in-depth knowledge of contemporary issues and problems in corporate finance law and securities regulation plus ideas for solution and reform
    • allow them to explore modern-day and historical insolvency
    • enable them to examine the role of corporate governance in the world economy
    • hone their legal research and writing skills, culminating in their dissertation an independent piece of research on their chosen topic.
  • Students will also benefit from our Support in Academic and Personal Development programme. This runs alongside their taught academic programme in semester one and is specifically designed to complement the School’s induction activities and ongoing academic skills support for students, both UK and international.
  • The wide-ranging list of optional modules means that students can explore a diverse range of related subjects of interest to them.
