MS in Design Engineering with Advanced Product Development at the University of Strathclyde is offered as a 1-year program.

The Advanced Product Development stream is designed for those who wish to enhance their technical knowledge and practical design skills by applying state-of-the-art manufacturing to practical design settings through the specialization in advanced materials and production technology, product design techniques, and engineering risk management.
Design engineers are problem-solvers who bridge the gap between traditional engineering and design.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Applicants must hold a first-class or second-class honors degree (or international equivalent) in relevant engineering, technology, or science discipline.
A GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 is required to be eligible for the program.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Students must complete an undergraduate degree with first-class in a relevant field from a highly ranked university in India.
Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
