MS in Applied Economics at the University of Strathclyde is offered as a 1-year program.
It is an on-campus program offered on a full-time basis only.
Students will gain knowledge and an understanding of the core principles of economic analysis, and the experience in how to apply them.
Students will acquire skills in economics, data analysis, and modelling techniques, as well as key transferable skills in leadership, project management, problem-solving, communication and negotiating that, are sought after by employers.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Applicants must hold a minimum second-class honors degree or overseas equivalent in any subject.
A GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 is required to be eligible for the program.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Students must complete an undergraduate degree with first-class in a relevant field from a highly ranked university in India.
Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
