MS in Advanced Computer Science with Big Data at the University of Strathclyde is offered as a 1-year program.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Applicants must hold a minimum second-class honours degree or international equivalent in computer science or another numerate discipline (for example, mathematics, physics, engineering).
A GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 is required to be eligible for the program.
Significant programming experience, preferably in Java or another object-oriented language. Evidence should be uploaded the application; degree transcript or a detailed CV if your degree is over five years old.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Students must complete an undergraduate degree with first-class in a relevant field from a highly ranked university in India.
Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
