Academic Eligibility:
- A 2:2 degree, or international equivalent, in any discipline.
- The degree must contain at least two of the following modules in the final two years of study: Human Resource Management, Management, Administration, Marketing, Organisational Behaviour or Consumer Behaviour.
- If they do not hold a degree which includes relevant modules, then university can still consider them. Students should be able to show that they have at least three years relevant work experience in Human Resource Management, Personnel or Management.
Indian Students Eligibility:
- Applicants must have a bachelor degree in any field with 55%.
- The degree must contain at least two of the following modules in the final two years of study: Human Resource Management, Management, Administration, Marketing, Organisational Behaviour or Consumer Behaviour.
- If students do not hold a degree in related field they should have 3 years of work experience in Human Resource Management, Personnel or Management.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
