I chose SISTec Bhopal because it offered good academics, decent placement opportunities, and affordable fees compared to some other private colleges I considered. I also received admission to a few other colleges, but SISTec had better reviews and was closer to my preferred location. The admission process was simple and mainly based on JEE Main score or Class 12 marks through MP counselling, followed by document verification and fee payment. Overall, the admission process was smooth, and I am satisfied with my decision to join the college.
I think the course curriculum at SISTec Bhopal is good and covers the basic concepts required for engineering. Along with theory classes, we also have practical labs and mini projects, which help in understanding the subjects better. There are internal assessments during the semester followed by the end-semester university exam, and the difficulty level is moderate if you study regularly. I feel the college can improve by including more industry-oriented projects, coding practice, and hands-on training to make students more job-ready.
The fee structure at SISTec Bhopal is reasonable compared to many private engineering colleges. For my course, the tuition fee is around ₹75,000–₹90,000 per year, so the total fee for four years comes to around ₹3–3.6 lakh, excluding hostel charges. Apart from the tuition fee, there are one-time admission and registration charges, while exam and other academic fees are charged as per the university norms. Students from SC/ST and OBC categories can avail the MP Government Post Matric Scholarship, and the college also offers merit-based scholarships to eligible students. The tuition fee generally remains the same for a batch and does not increase every year.
The faculty at SISTec Bhopal is supportive, and most teachers are approachable whenever we have doubts related to academics or projects. The course curriculum is designed according to RGPV, so it covers the important theoretical and practical subjects required for engineering. Every semester, we have internal assessments, practical exams, and one end-semester university exam. The exams are of moderate difficulty, and students who attend classes regularly and prepare well usually pass without much trouble. Overall, the curriculum is relevant, but adding more industry-based projects and practical training would make it even better.
There is exam in every month they complete six months semester in four months and in between of 2 semester there is one interm semester of 2 month. The curriculum is very hectic. But there is ffcs by which we can select our faculty and slot but there is preference by cgpa
