My addmission was direct without any entrance exam and the addmission process was very smooth though it took 2 days to complete the process due to the university's verification process. Otherwise, you don't have to hustle too much all instructions will be provided to you.
There are mid-semester trainings held every semester to teach a specific technology like web development swing AWT etc. Every semester they conduct 2 to 3 mid-semester test that also include final year marks
The Campus placements are good much as I am able to see a few days ago 12 students got places in TCS with around 7 LPA and around 20 students with 3 LPA. So It gives a good hope for the placement if you prepare well.
The year-wise fee for my course computer science engineering is 83000 and the yearly hostel fee is 82000 per year. There is another fee for mid-semester training which is around 2 to 3 thousand. But as I heard new admissions are being charged more.
Campus life is considered good here as there are a few clubs you can join including cricket badminton table tennis, etc. But won't get enough time to participate in them if you're not in the hostel. Because the class timings are packed. Also, there is a library for all the books related to courses and others. From where you can borrow them for a provided duration.
Hostel facilities are good. I live in a room with 2 other classmates. Everyone has their own closet to keep their personal stuff. Drinkable water is provided with a water cooler. Mess food is good though the food is cooked without onion and garlic. everyday routine is unique.
The faculties are very friendly to the students. Every time ready for doubt-solving even on off days. They always take extra steps to teach you something by preparing the lessons before the class. We have a group with them to interact with every time.
The placement rate of my college is moderate because in this fee we can't expect higher package placement the placement is around 2 to 3 lakhs per year the company is eicher, maruti suzuki, Infosys, Domino's etc
