Approximately 50 percent student remain unplaced because of eligibility criteria. No everyone can't get placement. Average CTC is around 10 lakh. Highest CTC is around 18 lakh and lowest CTC is around 3.5 lakh. Yes placement are 100 percent transparent.

The manufacturing companies hire in bulk. 10k. The placement committee make sure everyone got place in a company. Yeah I feel the it's transparent. I think so because everyone is being called in a hall to know what company you want to be placed in.
The final placement normal Star around June and it takes 30 days for it to get over. In my college, not everyone gets placement opportunity. Almost 60% of the students are unplaced, the college do charge the students that are unplaced to pay some amount of money and try and look for other companies where these unplaced students can be hired or placed. the highest CTC offered in my college is 15 Lakhs and the lowest is 2 Lakhs. TATA company is most preferred company as far as I am concerned, simply because the retention rate of their employees is very high which shows that there's job security in that company.

But to what i see many students get placed in different companies. Not every student gets a placement. The placements depend on the grades and how the students do there interviews.
