I applied to VIT, BIT Mesra, Bits Pilani also. I chose kiit because it's almost or even better than those. All of my relatives and friends and also family friends, mentors ,teachers everyone recommended KIIT. KIIT has two ways to get admission, either from JEE mains or from their own exam KIITEE.
The course is very advanced and is decided by taking into consideration the current market scenario. This curriculum also prepared us for jobs in the real world. Also it considers what we need to learn to be successful at our job and teaches us that. The annual fest occurs in February and also midsems take place within 2 months of start of a semester and end sem happens at the end.
Many companies like Amazon, TCS, Microsoft,Google, Tata come every year and they hire many students for placements. Placements are good at KIIT. 700 hundred + companies visited this year and made 5585 + offers with 53 LOA being the highest this year.
The placements are better than average. From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. My plan is to do a job for a few years before going for higher education. Companies like Amazon ,TCS, Microsoft ,and many more visit for placements.
Tuition fees is 192500. Registration fee is 75000 one time which includes laptop fees as well. Scholarship available like grant of 10000 every month to students who achieved excellent results in KIITEE exam
Annual Fest occurs in February. Many technical and co curricular activities events also take place regularly like hackathons, workshops etc. The library called the central library is huge and many many books and journals are available there. Many sports and extracurricular activities are presents in the campus and anyone can easily learn and participate. There many many student run groups helping students in studies and other things.
Hostel are alright. Hostels have both ac and non AC versions. Non AC is cheaper. There's a bed, cupboard, table for studying. There's also a attach bath version which is a bit costlier than normal hostel. Menu is good but food isn't that good in first year. From second year onwards food is good. Non AC hostels are affordable. AC hostels are a bit expensive. Attach bath hostels with AC are a bit more expensive
There are many faculties. Students can easily seek help of one. Most of the faculty is very nice and friendly and always helpout in every way they can. Sure there are a few select who aren't very friendly or give good marks. But almost all of the faculty is very trained and are experts at teaching. There are 2 types of exams, midsems and endsems. There are also lab exams, class tests. The exams are moderate some times and also hard some times. If someone pays attention in class and studies a bit diligently they can easily pass.
The course curriculum is comprehensive and provides a strong foundation in both theoretical concepts and practical knowledge. It covers the core subjects required for academic and professional growth while preparing students for higher education and industry opportunities. Regular assignments, practical sessions, and semester examinations help evaluate students effectively. The examination pattern is well-structured, and the difficulty level is moderate for students who attend classes consistently. However, the curriculum could be further improved by incorporating more industry-oriented topics, practical projects, internships, and emerging technologies. Overall, the course is relevant, well-designed, and offers a good balance between academic learning and skill development

Generally the placement star for ending of 7th semester. The students are mainly placed in different companies for the basis of the skill. My plan is after degree is get a job from college placement and another dream is work for TCS company.
In our college all the exam are very very strict and also teacher are supporting the students for study our exam timeing are very well Our exam finish between 3 hours Our exams are very frequently host by HOD
The course structure is average.the collage did not able to cover the whole syllabus for the semester exams . students face many problems during the semester exams due to poor syllabus cover by the college.
The fee policy was very strong for study in this University, in a semester you have to complete half of your payment from full payment. The college fees for BTech CSE 1st year 1,50,000 and examination fees 23,000. It's all about college fees and academic fees . There are regular class like 7 to 8 hour class. All types of scholarship available like , Technical and professional, e -medhabruti, prerana etc. The faculty and the staff of this University are very fair for his work very sensible for his job
The student can sit for interships from 3rd years and by the mid of 4th year companies come for on campus placement and to be honest kiit has a better annual package than maximum private college in India . The big four companies, Wipro , TCS , HDL, Amazon , etc are the prime companies coming here and recruiting almost 75% students here . The rest 25% either goes for out campus placements and fee for MBA
From 7th semesters students are eligible for campus placements , Wipro , TCS, Cogizant, Google , Microsoft , Accenture etc are the companies regularly visiting in the university. An average of more than 90% students gets placed every year.
