- Campus is lush green where you can roam anywhere without any restriction .
- Hostel is beautiful and clean.Hostel is going to be the best place for making memories.
- Our college infrastructure is so good and yeah placements are also good.
Dislikes
- Mess food is like average.You will get bored after eating same menu for 1 month.
- Language is somewhat going to be an issue if you are not good at english then you are going to suffer a bit.
- Curfew timings for 1st year is 9 :30 ,after that you cant go out of your hostel.
Remarks :
I have got this college by clearing jee mains exams and after that i applied in jossa counseling in which i got so much options to chose among colleges but i chose this college because first thing is this is top NIT college of india according to nirf ranking. Also Here we are getting so much opportunities to excel out overall skills in every aspect of life whether it is sports or extra curricular activities. I got selected in almost every college i applied for and among them i found it the best one to chose. For this college as i told ,you have to clear jee mains exams and after that you have to clear a cutoff to get admission here. Generally cutoff will be around 98 percentile to get the minimum of branch here.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Out course curriculum is really very practical and industry oriented. Here everything we learn is very fresh in the industry and The course which i chose is very much in demand so basically this instute is going to give me a push towards my goal. There are 3 exams out colleges conduct in a semester 2 Cycles tests and 1 end sem.
Internships Opportunities :
In this college you are going to get so many internship opportunities from some of the biggest tech giants like Google,microsoft and amazon etc. If you are good enough as an intern then these companies ever offer pre placement offers to people as well. They give you projects related to current indurty problems and solutions.
Placement Experience :
Placements are one of the best aspect to choose this college as you are going to get ample of opportunities to get a good package. There are many tech giant companies like amazon,google,microsoft etc visit this college every year. Average package is around 10 lacks per annum here and around 90% of students get placed . You can also pursue higher education if you are thinking of.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total fees for 4 years is 10lakh. And hostel fees comes kut to be approx 50000 per semester that is 4 lakh for 4 years There are also so many scholarships that are there in our college in which you can apply if you pass certain criterias. There are scholarships like student aid fund and reliance scholarship which you can easily avail
Campus Life :
There are so many clubs here at nit trichy almost for every field of interest. If we talk about fests then there are 3 fests that are orgainized every year and these are top of the fests in the country itself 1st one is festember and this is usually celebrated in the month of September . 2nd one is pragyan which is held genrally in february month. 3rd one is nittfest which is best fest of nit trichy and there is one more fest for sports that is sportsfete.
Hostel Facilities :
In first year you are going to get 3 occupancy room which is large enough for everyone to stay and also with this you will get facilities like 3 table- chair pair. And 3 cupboard in which you can keep your clothes and belongings. From 2nd year onwards you will get 2 people room . If we talk about mess then you are going to get average food like initially you will like but then you will get used to it. Fees for hostel and mess is around 43000 which is a bit more from my perspective.
Faculty :
Our college has so much experienced and well qualified faculties. They have completed their higher education from reputed institutions like IITs and some of them even completed their phds from foreign insitutions as well. Pur course structure is very relevant to industry if you planning to move towards core. Exam systems are grade based.

PROS AND CONS
Placement Experience :
8th semester students are only eligible to attend the campus interviews based upon the criteria provided by the company. Wipro, Infosys, Zoho, chettinad cement, etc... are visit this college. Highest salary package is 9LPA lowest package is 1lpa and average 3 - 4 LPA. Percentage of the students selected for the placement is 50% in that students got selected by the company are 35%. Only 10% from the whole strength are getting placed with good job and package. My plan aftery graduation is do some specialisation courses try to get placed in top companies with higher salary package.

Course curriculum was much better compared to other colleges.Some subjects were thought from the basics so that students can easily remember as much they can. Course curriculum was also updated year by year.
