Climate - Most people who prefer a warmer weather campus to a colder one 4. Not everyone wants to be in a major city, and not everyone wants to be out in the (iteral) hills 5. Areas of Instructional Strength - Certain college might have better reputations for one field over others. If you're planning to major in that field, you obiously want to select the college or university with the best reputation to prepare you for life after college 6.
