- i like the library most because i spend most of my time there
- i also like the helpfulness of teachers and scholars we are provided with
Dislikes
- i don’t like the infrastructure of our department because it’s very broken broken
- also the quality of food in the canteen not that great
Remarks :
i have applied for JNU and abroad but i didn't get in either of them. If i talk about abroad i didn't get the scholarship or financial aid so i dropped off and the cut off for JNU was too high so i didn't get there as well Admission process of my college you have to be eligible first of course and you can apply after verification of all the original documents by the department
Course Curriculum Overview :
it's a 3 hour paper and i think the time is good enough although we always have this day that the paper was too lengthy and we should get more time but some students completes their paper in the given timeframe so i think it's just that we have to be a bit faster the course is of course applicable in present times as we can see the climate change happening so we can relate we research on Himalayas and we get to know that the fragile ecosystem of Himalayas is not suitable for infrastructure that is already taking place that causes landslides and further hurts the humans
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
In first year we paid 6,890 In 2nd year we paid 3675 Tuition 216 Library 1000 Examination 710 I think my friends pays the same amount as me because i have asked a few of my friends they said we also paid 3675 for the second year
Campus Life :
DSE is just for studies if you want social life while attending college then DSE is definitely not for you there's no fests happening no clubs or groups. It's just for studies and research in your field. Library is good enough we also have e-learning facilities we have Oxford learning's available through e-learning
Faculty :
faculty members are fine only. Most of them are really nice but i have seen bias ness in the department between students and teachers (favouritism) and all there are mid sem exam and then final sem exam and that's how it happens in all the semesters Some of the teachers just read the PPTs and don't explain much

I always had an interest in culture and heritage and then suddenly came to the decision to give a chance to this course. The teachers shared the real-world challenges they had with us to make us aware of the reality we are going to face in the fields. The teaching methods are quite easy and interactive.
