Remarks :

My admission was smooth, teachers were helping me a lot in my admission process , i got 2 more colleges before this college but I chose this college, due to better infrastructure, better placement opportunities, better ranking in India , better faculty and better crowd. I had got admission in this college with the IPU CET test , which stands for IPU Common Entrance Test. For B.Com(H) , the person should get rank less than 2200-2300 in the CET exam with the average of around 6000 students applying for this course every year. I got VIPS college and technia college before this college, but I tried to get admission in better college and got admission in MAIMS in 3rd round and I am really lucky to get admission in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course (B.com H) , due to better job opportunities, better practical knowledge, accounting knowledge, computer knowledge and some computer softwares like R studio and tally , etc. My teachers gives a lot of practical knowledge by providing us real life examples of their or their known journies. And also help us in developing our confidence and skills.

Placement Experience :

My college placement is good , in 5th semester it is compulsory to do internship of atleast 2 months in my course and after that the person got eligible for the placement after 6th semester. Our average placement is 5-6 lakhs and highest is 13-14 lakh per annum. My college has got NAAC ++ rank. More than 100 companies visited our college for campus placement and around 200-250 offers are made every year. Around 60% of students gets placed every year . My plans after getting the degree is to try to do MBA of M.Com from good college and then get a good college with good skills and knowledge.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

My first year fees was as followed:- 60,000 - University Seat Allotment fees 55,000 - Tuetion fees 1,000 - Activity Fees 10,000 - Security Fees(Refundable) 9000 - Miscellaneous charges 5000 - Book bank (Optional, not compulsory) ( Refundable after 3 years) Total fees in fast year - 1,40,000 in which 15,000 is refundable, which will be refunded after completing the course. Total fees in 2nd year - 1,16,000 I have told the fees of B.com(H) , I have given , I had no idea of other courses . Almost it will be same but may vary

Campus Life :

In my college, there are a lot of tournaments for Kabaadi , Cricket , basketball and badminton. My college also has a gym for the hostel students. There are lot of societies in my college like BIZZMIND , ENACTUS , COMPACT , etc. My college has projectors in every classrooms. The ACs of my college rooms are very chilled . The crowd is amazing and are from different states of India like Maharashtra, UP , New Delhi, Haryana, etc. , so we also got to know about their culture and learn about their states. My library has a lots of books available of every aspect and it has a very big library. Seats of classes are very comfortable and of good level. The fests are organised recently in my college's. Raftaar and Yash Rathee had come to our college recently and it was the greatest event.

Faculty :

Faculty is awesome, except my Accounts teacher and lab teacher , they teach good no doubt, but are very strict for assignments and homeworks. Praveen sir and Anil sir. Exams are easy, our college generally do not give back in exams and mostly students get passed and get good grades generally. But some students got back in Math exams, because it requires a lot of practice and is generally medium exam to clear but hard then other subjects.

Thriving After Hours: A Comprehensive Review of Campus Life at Dyal Singh Evening College

Course Curriculum Overview :

I would rate the course curriculum at Dyal Singh Evening College as **8 out of 10** in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness. Relevance: The curriculum is generally aligned with current academic and industry standards, ensuring that students are exposed to both foundational theories and contemporary developments in their fields. The inclusion of skill-enhancement courses and electives allows students to tailor their education to match their career aspirations, making the curriculum quite relevant to real-world applications. Comprehensiveness: The curriculum covers a broad range of topics within each discipline, providing a thorough understanding of core subjects while also allowing for specialization. However, like many institutions, there may be occasional gaps in addressing emerging trends or interdisciplinary approaches, which could enhance the comprehensiveness further. Overall, the curriculum does a solid job of preparing students for further academic pursuits.

Life of a student at JMC

Course Curriculum Overview :

the course curriculum at jmc is well structured and offers a solid foundation core subjects. what made me choose BCom honours is the range of elective is that let me focus on what my interest is in and what is great for personalising my studies. The curriculum enclose real world topics are prepare me for actual situation, which are really helpful, it balances theory and practical well, helping me to get ready for both job and further studies, internships and projects give me hand hands on experience as well, exams are spaced out well, but they can be challenging the test. My understanding thoroughly, so we have to be prepared. More practical assessment might make things even better. They also use modern teaching methods and technology technology that makes classes more engaging. They also add more practical projects or industry connections that make the learning even more relevant.

OVERVIEW to MSCW

Placement Experience :

Students become eligible for placement in the final year of their course, a lot of companies do come in our college through our placement cell of mata sundari college for Women, like KPMG and p&c which do offer placements in our college. The average package offered at Mata sundari is of 5 LPA, the highest package acc to 2022-23 year was 6.6 LPA, so not a lot of scope and dependence of placement through our college. Although the placement rate is 60% in bcom and honors. I am pursuing CA with bcom, so i am not dependent on the placement cell of the college.
