I applied to several colleges, After careful consideration, I chose Yenepoya University for its strong reputation in medical sciences, research opportunities, and favorable student-faculty ratio. Yenepoya University's modern infrastructure and state-of-the-art facilities . Yenepoya's emphasis on research and innovation aligned with my interests, surpassing NMIMS Mumbai's focus on industry connections.Yenepoya's experienced faculty with international collaborations impressed me more than the other colleges.Mangaluru's calm environment and accessibility appealed to me more than the bustling cities of Vellore and Mumbai.I submitted my application online, providing academic credentials and test scores (e.g., NEET, JEE).I appeared for the Yenepoya Entrance Test (YET) for undergraduate programs.I underwent a counseling session with the department.
Course Curriculum Overview :

Comprehensiveness: 9/10 - The curriculum covers a broad range of topics, providing a solid foundation. - Courses are well-structured, with a logical progression from basic to advanced concepts. - Many programs offer specializations or electives, allowing students to tailor their learning. Areas for Improvement: - Some courses could benefit from more practical components, such as project-based learning or internships. - Incorporating more emerging technologies and tools into the curriculum would enhance employability. - Providing more flexibility in course selection and scheduling would accommodate diverse student needs.

Students from various parts of India and abroad, creating a culturally rich environment. Experienced professors and lecturers with expertise in their fields. Many students secure jobs through campus placements or pursue further education Tuition fees can be expensive, especially for undergraduate programs. Heavy workload and strict attendance policies can be challenginng.Compared to other universities, Yenepoya's campus life is not very good

Our University has a diverse and experienced faculty team across various department. Most faculty members hold Ph.D.s or equivalent degrees from reputable institutions. Many professors have extensive industry and teaching experience, with some having worked abroad.Faculty members are actively involved in research, publishing papers, and guiding students in projects and theses. Emphasis on interactive learning, case studies, and problem-based teachings. Experienced clinicians and researchers in fields like medicine, surgery, pediatrics, and obstetrics. The course I chose is BSc CVT. It is a nice one actually. It is great to study. As it is about heart i always have a curiosity to know more and study more about the things. Coming to practical I think it is going to be hard .

Placement Experience :
The placements are very good compared to other colleges. Companies like GoldmanSachs and DeShaw come for placement opportunities. There are about 75 companies visiting offering over 200 jobs yearly. The highest package would be 20LPA and average being 8LPA. 40 percent students get placements I plan on sitting for placements

Course Curriculum Overview :
The subject itself is interesting and the course plan provided was a good area of interest for me. They make us attend internships as part of the syllabus to get hands on experience and practical knowledge. The teaching methods are good but the time provided is less rushing the syllabus happens. but very good. there are exams every month to have a touch and recollection of syllabus
