- The crowd is really nice. You get to see and explore a lot of new things. And eventually this helps a person in building up there personality that would help them in future.
- The campus is really huge there are 3 big lawns with one consisting of some swings attached in it. The canteen food is really amazing.
- Fest season is crazy we get to meet a lot of new people and famous artists. Movie promotion and stuff. Reacently Siddharth Malhotra came to promote his movie yodha along with Diya patani and the entire caste
Dislikes
- The washrooms are not well maintained. That the only bad part about du
- They don’t have Ac facilities like other private universities have.
Remarks :
I have CUET-UG. This is an entrance test that one gives to get in DU. The syllabus for this exam is class 12th only along with a GT that means general test, it included the information related to our general ability and mental ability related questions. The difficulty of the entrance test is moderate if you are well verse with your class 12th syllabus you won't face any difficulty in the entrance test Reservations are provided for people who are good at sports they get sports quota and reservation for St/sc/ obc etc.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I always wanted to pursue psychology. And the teaching methods are new and fresh. Professors not only teach us about our subject but they also are preparing us for real life challenges by giving real life examples. The lectures are quite insightful and helpful. Exams do not happen that frequently once a semester exams are held. The difficulty level is mild to moderate. I don't think so there's any need to give some inputs for improvement in the course curriculum.
Placement Experience :
There are placement cell in our college that is really active but that also depends from course to course not all The courses have placements. But recently internship/research work/community outreach options have been given to us instead of SEC.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
One of the reasons why people prefer doing to du is because of its fee structure. The fee structure in du is quite less as compared to other private colleges. The fee for my course is 14000/-. Students who apply through sports quota or other reservation criteria do get some benefits. There's no registration fee in du. 14000 includes all the development fee, tution fee, caution fee everything.
Campus Life :
Du is known for its campus life. The fest season is crazy. A lot of famous artists visit college during fest season.a wide range of extracurricular activities are provided. A lot of sports option are also provided from badminton to softball etc. Students have full access to library and there are really informative and interesting books.
Faculty :
The professors are really helpful.majority of them have either an MPhil degree or a pdh degree. The student professor ratio of well balanced. They are really approachable since they have made a very nice and comfortable bond among students. We can contact them after college as well. They are really patient and they solve our doubts nicely

The areas to be improved are to take students on educational trips more often. The exams are conducted twice a year, once a semester. The curriculum of the course is fine maybe. Bit the way we are taught is quite outdated. We don't get things well and understand them. And the course is just suitable to get a degree in your hand not more than that.

Placements levels in our college are average. The Average package in College is around 8lakhs. the highest package goes upto 36lakhs. placements are mostly offered to the students studying in either BCOM or in Economics. Around 60 percent of the students from this courses get the placement . many companies like Gshaw, DELL , McKenzie, DELLOITE,etc visits the campus for recruitment. aroun 50 companies comes every year.

I think the curriculums are a really good opportunity to learn something apart from your degree, there are so many options, with theory and practical papers. The classes are interesting if you have the course of your choice, there are activities with skits, speeches, group discussions, etc. The curriculum period happens once a week for for 3-4 hours.

It always fascinates me how wonderful psychology world is! 2 Want to know how this mind system works and also the accuracy of psychology in real life. 3 wanna know how it actually help you in personal life and if it actually helps or not. 4 of course to help in my own mental health issues. This course is meant to prepare me for the real world with confident and self esteem. Also some tricks and strategies to live a lively and happy life. Atleast i hope so! i thing the relevance of course has declined now adays because of NEP. it was used to be with 5 lectures and now have to wind up within 3 letures combining with some not much usuefull courses like SEC, VAC and AEC. which are not just burden on our mental health, we given 7 exams instead of 4. but also divert our mind from our honours subject.
